Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their travel bookings through our Customer Support Team or by using the cancellation feature available on our website.
Cancellation charges are applicable and depend on the fare rules, service provider (airlines, hotels, or third-party partners), and the time of cancellation.
The Tripo Saints service/convenience fee is non-refundable in all cases.
Some bookings, especially promotional fares or group deals may be non-cancellable or have stricter terms as per the supplier.
Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is governed by the terms and conditions of the respective airline, hotel, or service provider.
If a refund is permitted, it may be subject to:
- Airline/provider cancellation fees
- Penalties or deductions
- Non-refundable Tripo Saints service charges
Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used during the booking.
Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
Changes to Bookings
Modifications to bookings (flight, hotel, tour package, etc.) are subject to:
- Provider or airline policies
- Availability at the time of change
- Applicable change fees, fare differences, and administrative charges
Any change requests must be communicated well in advance to ensure the best possible support.
Force Majeure
Tripo Saints shall not be held liable for cancellations, changes, or service disruptions resulting from events beyond our control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Political unrest
- Epidemics or pandemics
- Airline or hotel strikes
- Governmental travel restrictions
In such cases, we will assist customers with rebooking or refund coordination, but results depend on the policies of third-party providers.

We encourage customers to initiate requests promptly for faster resolution.

Additional Terms
Partial Refunds: In cases where part of a booking is used (e.g., one-way journey completed), only the unused portion may be eligible for a refund based on provider rules.
No Show: If a customer fails to check-in or report on time, the booking may be marked as a “No Show”, and no refund may be applicable.
Third-party Bookings: For bookings made through partner websites or agents, the original booking channel’s policy will apply.
Modifications to the Cancellation and Refund Policy
Tripo Saints reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will be effective immediately and will apply to all new bookings made thereafter.
